Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order or custom items may take 3-5 business days.
• Fulfillment: We ship from our workshop in South Carolina via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.
• Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $35.
• International Shipping: Currently, we ship to the United States. We plan to expand to international shipping soon.

Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to love your articulated companion. If your item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@creationstation3d.com with photos of the issue, and we will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
• Because colors, especially rainbow and gradient filaments, can vary slightly during the printing process, each model is unique. Minor color gradient variations are normal and make your companion truly one-of-a-kind.
